You have probably heard of racehorses being drugged. In Venom, Spencer the stable boy thinks that a horse, Lord of the Fires, comes out of the stall. Spencer asked one simple question, ‘what did you give the horse?’ Scampy tries to deny that he gave the horse anything, but Spencer knows that he is giving the horse something, and he thinks it is drugs. What should Spencer do? Turn him in, take the horse, run and not tell. I would tell you more, but the rest is for me to know, and you to find out.
If you have read wild girl, you will like venom, it is probably the book that made me a reader. It’s a very fast paced book, and a good read.
