Can you imagine being in a deadly, and terrifying dome-like arena where everyone you see wants to kill you and, everyone you see you want to kill? Katniss Everdeen… born a leader that has been through TWO Hunger Games has changed the way the government and rebels live together. Katniss in the new area she has suddenly woken up in, Is the leader and new icon for an almost forgotten civilization. But they wont be forgotten long, no, they will be written in the very next history books. Katniss soon realized that this place where she was home to people that were planning to take over the capital. Will Katniss be able to handle it? Will people believe her in the mental state she is in? Or is the capital just too strong with their amount of people and weapons?
Mockingjay is a thrilling book, and a great way to end the Hunger Game series. It is 390 pages of pure excitement and suspense. Suzanne Collins did a tremendous job showing Katniss’s different personalities. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to read an unimaginably great book.
